Cancelation Policy

Corfu Adventuresis – Transfers, Tours & Activities

At Corfu Adventuresis, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our operational partners.

1. Private Transfers

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are charged at 100% of the booking value.

2. Tours, Excursions & Activities

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the activity or tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity or tour are non-refundable.
  • Some third-party activities, boat trips, or special events may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

3. Weather Conditions & Safety

  • In the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, Corfu Adventuresis reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours and activities.
  • Customers will be offered either:
    • an alternative date,
    • a similar activity,
    • or a full refund where applicable.

4. Flight Delays & Travel Disruptions

  • For airport transfers, customers must inform us immediately of any flight delays or changes.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate delayed arrivals without additional charge when advance notice is provided.

5. Amendments & Booking Changes

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
  • Date or time modifications requested at least 48 hours in advance will be accommodated whenever possible without additional fees.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Force Majeure

Corfu Adventuresis shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • extreme weather,
  • natural disasters,
  • strikes,
  • government restrictions,
  • transportation disruptions,
  • or public health emergencies.
